Thanks for your curiosity about how we can work together.
You don’t have to keep carrying the burden on your own…
You’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else, pushing through stress, overthinking every decision, and trying to be “good enough” that it’s hard to know who you really are anymore.
Whether you’re struggling with perfectionism, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from your intuition, coaching can help you slow down, reconnect, and create sustainable change.
At Serendipitous Coaching, my approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and self-trust. Together, we focus on helping you understand your patterns without shame, regulate during difficult moments, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values; and authentic to who you want to be, not who you’ve been conditioned to be.

You Deserve Support That Feels Safe and Sustainable
Healing and growth are not about forcing yourself harder. They happen when your mind and body finally feel safe enough to soften.
My goal is to help you create lasting internal change that will transform your outer reality.

No. Coaching is different from therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. However, my approach is trauma-informed and integrates mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellness practices.

Not at all. I strive to meet clients where they are, whether you are completely new or already familiar with these practices.
-
Most clients meet weekly or twice monthly depending on their goals, schedule, and level of support desired. Once monthly plans can also be discussed.
