Hey there! I’m Sara. I’m a holistic, trauma-informed coach with over 6 years of experience, specializing in supporting women between ages of 20 and 40 who have recently gone through a major life change; such as having a baby, losing a loved one, or transitioning careers. They typically struggle with low self esteem, burnout, and making themselves a priority. I help solve that.
As an ICF PCC credentialed coach, my work blends holistic coaching with evidence-based modalities including emotional intelligence, Hypnosis, parts work (based on IFS), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT). I bring extensive experience helping clients regulate their nervous systems, rewire limiting beliefs, and cultivate sustainable tools for both life and business.
My approach is compassionate, direct, and deeply integrative. We’ll focus not just on mindset, but on embodiment, emotional regulation, and self-trust. You’ll leave our work together feeling anchored, self-led, and fully expressed.
Outside of my work, I call Colorado home, and you’ll usually find me with a good book, outside in nature, or spending time with my dog. I’m passionate about human rights, psychology, and understanding what truly helps people create lasting change; both in their lives and in the work they bring into the world.

I’ve been working on integrating this way of living for over a decade now; it was only recently that I was able to articulate it. I want to give you the tools to access this state of being, too. I know it’s possible, because I’ve seen it time and time again with the hundreds of clients I’ve worked with. Incredible transformations come when we are held in a safe container where we can allow ourselves to let go.

These concepts go hand in hand. We’ll discuss how mindfulness and meditation are valuable skills for being with the present moment without judgement. These modalities are often used to increase tolerance to uncomfortable emotions and experiences; as well as to practice seeing thoughts as separate from ourselves. You’ll learn about the connection between your mind and body, including why the breath is a powerful tool for de-escalating the nervous system.
EI focuses on building internal and external self-awareness. This includes understanding and regulating your emotions, building empathy for others, and displaying strong social skills.
