Maternal Mental Health Coaching for Moms Who Hold It All Together
Motherhood changed everything, including you.
No one fully prepares you for how much of yourself motherhood asks for. The exhaustion, the guilt, the rage that surprises you, the loss of who you were before, all while everyone assumes you're "handling it." You might be praised for how well you're doing on the outside while feeling completely unraveled on the inside. You don't need to white-knuckle through this. You need a space where someone can actually understand what you're carrying.
Signs You Might Benefit From This Work
Constant overwhelm or feeling like you're failing no matter how much you do
Rage, irritability, or anger that feels out of proportion or out of character
Resentment toward your partner, kids, or your own life
Guilt around needing rest, space, or time for yourself
Loss of identity outside of being a mom
Anxiety about doing motherhood "right"
Disconnection from your body, your needs, or your own emotions
Feeling alone, even when surrounded by support
These experiences are common and they are not a reflection of you being a bad mom. They're often a sign your nervous system and your sense of self need real support.
Our Work Together
I've spent the last 2.5 years working with hundreds of moms through Prospera Mental Health, with a specialty in postpartum rage. That work taught me how much moms are silently carrying and how rarely they have a space to say the truth out loud without judgment.
Together, we focus on:
Understanding postpartum rage, guilt, and emotional overwhelm without shame
Rebuilding nervous system regulation specific to the demands of motherhood
Reconnecting with your identity outside of caregiving
Learning to set boundaries without spiraling into guilt
Processing the loss, grief, or identity shifts that come with becoming a mother
Creating small, sustainable pockets of rest and self-prioritization
Building self-trust and self-compassion in a role that rarely offers either
A note on my approach: I'm not a mother myself. I'm openly child-free, in part because I manage my own mental health and know my limits. That means I come to this work without comparison, without "well when my kid did that" reflexes, and with genuine curiosity about your specific experience rather than assumptions about what motherhood should look like. For some moms, that nonjudgmental outside perspective is exactly what creates safety to be honest. For moms who specifically want to work with a coach who is also a parent, I refer clients to my colleagues through Prospera Mental Health, where you can be matched with a coach who shares that lived experience.
You Deserve Support, Not Just Survival

FAQ

No. While I'm not a mother myself, I've spent over two years specializing in maternal mental health, including postpartum rage, and have worked with hundreds of moms. My role isn't to relate through shared experience, it's to bring curiosity, skill, and a nonjudgmental space to yours.

That's completely valid. I refer clients with that preference to coaches through Prospera Mental Health, where you can be matched with someone who shares that lived experience.

Postpartum rage is intense anger, irritability, or short fuse that can occur after having a baby. It's less talked about than postpartum depression but very common, and it often responds well to nervous system and emotional regulation work.
