Maternal Mental Health Coach
For the women who are exhausted from being everything to everyone.
Note: I use “woman” and “mom” throughout my site for brevity; but I want to be clear. You are welcome here no matter how you identify.
I offer non-judgmental, curious, and structured support; without comparison, advice-giving, or assumptions about what parenting “should” look like.
Hey there! I’m Sara.
I’m a holistic wellness coach who specializes in supporting moms navigating burnout, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. If you’re struggling to do it all alone living in a small mountain town, realizing that perfectionism no longer feels sustainable, or you’re burning out in caretaker roles; you’ve come to the right place. I also love working with women who relate to these same patterns; you don’t need to be a mom to feel seen in this space!
My work is rooted in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and creating emotional safety for sustainable growth.
Welcome!
“Once we start basing our self-esteem purely on our performance, our greatest joys in life can start to seem like so much hard work, our pleasure morphing into pain.”
You Don’t Have to Keep Holding Everything Together Alone
Maybe you’re the one everyone relies on.
The one who overthinks every decision, struggles to rest, or feels guilty putting yourself first.
From the outside, you may seem high-functioning. Inside, you feel exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in survival mode.
At Serendipitous Coaching, I help women reconnect with their intuition, confidence, emotional balance, and sense of self through trauma-informed holistic coaching.

Yes. Coaching can help you identify underlying patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with self-trust.
-
Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, while coaching focuses on present and future goals, patterns, personal growth, and behavioral change. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.
-
No problem. Sessions are offered online, allowing clients to receive support from the comfort of their own space, so you don’t have to drive a long distance.
I’ve been working with moms for almost three years, so I get it if your child(ren) are present during session. While it would be ideal for us to have a private, quiet, distraction-free zone, I know that’s not always possible. We will be flexible with and make the most of our time together!
If scheduling is a concern, we can discuss switching to twice or once monthly sessions.

Those tools aren't wrong, they just work differently. Therapy is often focused on processing the past or treating a diagnosis. Journaling and self-help books give you information and insight, but insight alone rarely changes patterns that are wired into your nervous system. Coaching works in the gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it.
In our work together, we won't just talk about your patterns of perfectionism or people-pleasing, we'll practice shifting them in real time, with tools for your specific nervous system and your specific life. I bring a mix of mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation that meets you in the moment rather than asking you to intellectually figure your way out of overwhelm. And because I work specifically with moms and women carrying invisible emotional labor, this isn't generic stress management. It's built around what it actually feels like to hold everyone else together while quietly running on empty.
If you've read every book and still feel stuck, that's not a personal failure. It usually means you needed support, accountability, and practice, not more information.
You Deserve Support That Feels Grounded, Compassionate, and Sustainable
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional balance, I’d love to support you.
